Progess in building temporation homes
BSD and Cedrus-Adriaans are currently working together on an area development plan and an allotment plan for the realization of 500 temporary homes. In June the building permit for the temporary homes will be applied for and the construction of the temporary homes will start in Q4.
The construction of the temporary houses can go very quickly, because there are different concepts that can be realized within 1 to 3 days.
Housing offer temporary homes:
- Cedrus-Adriaans Vastgoed Ontwikkeling BV realizes 250 homes;
- The Brainport Smart District Foundation is building 250 homes on behalf of the municipality of Helmond.
